Open the Control Panel, regardless of the version of Microsoft Windows that you are managing and invoke the "Internet Properties" choice from the small or large icons view. Click on the "Advanced" Tab, then scroll to the very bottom to reveal the selection of security protocols as shown in the image below. Uncheck all except TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3.
